Make Up Your Mind

 

Col 3:2-9

Indecisiveness is a mental state. Anything we plan in indecisiveness we can build, but the foundation is very unstable. The cracks will show up. 

The only way to build yourself is to MAKE UP YOUR MIND remember a double-minded man is unstable.

Social media and society, in general, are a highway of thoughts that can dictate a feigned lifestyle. The human mind naturally absorbs negativity from these exterior circles, especially for women as we see it as an attack. 

'The attack' is a way that people communicate and to bring out all the cracks in our foundation. Being a woman at times we get stuck at this point of attack. How to get out

• See what God sees in you. God meets you where you are but plants you where you need to be. You are God's strategy.
• Being perfect is imaginary. Exercise your mind to accept what really matters. Reign your mind, know when to plug in or out. Know that mind is more prone to negative bias. Feed on positivity.
•  Know your purpose. What is the foundational thought of your existence? other than conversational thoughts like 'am a mum,...am a wife...I will get married...' who are you?
• Align with people who will remind you of your set level. People who share the same foundational thought. people who will call you back to your inbuilding. People who know how to build the same way you are trying to build or better. You catch what you are close to.
• Know when to ask for help. Womanhood is not measured by the number of chores you can take in, or how much you can bottle emotions in. If you need a housekeeper, a driver, or a friend, please do! 
• Normalize rest and luxury in your life.
